Face Update!

I am having to overcome something I haven’t had to do in over 8 years now. Prior to Young Living Orange Blossom and Juice Plus+ my face would be so dry. I would spend hours in front of a mirror picking the dead skin off my face. It was the only way I could keep pustules from getting worse and making things more difficult.

I find myself still picking at my face. It is this subconscious thing I do now. So instead of it helping my face, it isn’t helping anymore and it is making my face bleed (you can see spots on my face). I really need to focus on what my hands are doing when I am working because that seems to be when I pick the most!

Do you have anything you do that you don’t even realize? I really need to start working on these “little” things!

I Have An Addiction

I will admit it: I have an addiction. I have a huge addiction to Young Living Essential Oils!

Really when it comes down to all of the addictions I could have in this day and age; this one I am completely okay with!

Lately I have been doing a lot more talking about Young Living when I am out. I really do get excited and have a very hard time stopping once I get going!

Then I learn they are either just getting started with it or that they haven’t been using them to their fullest potential. Really it always catches me off guard and I do my best not to react but sometimes I think I probably do; unintentionally.

Neither of these are intended to offend anyone. I was in the spot of not using them to get the benefits from them. Boy how that has changed!

Digestive Support

When I first opened a bottle of DiGize I was very overwhelmed by the smell of all the oils in it. Really though the smell has grown on me and now I really enjoy it. Still one of the things I started to do from the beginning when it was overwhelming was: drop of DiGize on belly and then a drop of peppermint over it. It really did help!

Now I tend to use the peppermint only if I am interested in the added benefits or looking to drive it in faster. Sometimes I neglect my pipes and they need a bit of assistance getting back on track. These two are great supports for that!
