Lisa’s Story

Let me tell you all about Lisa. She is an amazing lady I have had the pleasure of getting to know thanks to our woman’s Bible study! She found us one day when it was a bad day for her. I would have said a long time ago, she found us on accident but the truth is she found us just when she needed us. God lead her to us and for that we are very thankful!

She started to have some health issues a while ago. She went to see her doctors and then her doctors started to send her to specialists. About a year ago she was finally diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

We had hoped as her church family that getting a diagnosis would help. It seemed though that her treatments and the MS were causing her more complication. She ended up having to stop working.

The second half of last year she spent more time in the hospital than out, or so it seemed. She was losing her eye sight. She was having issues walking.

The beginning of this year seemed to start much the same way that the end of last year closed. She started another symptom and the doctors were not sure what was going on. It was swelling and painful to touch. Looked to me like she had shingles on her head and face and eye (I have had shingles before and so I felt super sorry for her). She ended up having to go to the U of M to figure out what was going on because it seemed her Doctors were stumped. Turned out a good portion of the symptoms she was having were from a treatment she was on.

A little over a month ago she started taking Juice Plus capsules. She enrolled her daughter in the Children’s Health Study; which meant she had to purchase the parents portion. This was all for her daughter, not for Lisa. Her daughter deals with headaches and has other things going on so we were hoping it would help give her some relief.

Today she got the best news she could ever get! She is able to go back to work part time! Her treatment was reduced some today. Her levels are within normal range. Her typical treatment lasts for 6 hours and today it was 3 hours!

She actually reached out to me to see if I could go and pick her up because her ride was still at work. It was the best thing ever!

Lisa is working on healing her body from the inside out! She is feeling better. She has more energy. She is able to accomplish more on a daily basis. She even shared with me when I picked her up that she hasn’t had to take a nap in the afternoon!

God is so good for putting health and wellness in our lives! He has given me the ability to share with others and He is using me for His purpose!

I will be forever grateful for the means He has been using to get our family health, happy and how He has been providing for us!

Spring Break

So excited to get a week off with these kiddos. We are looking forward to walks, parks, family time, reading, and whatever else we can fit in.

Of course I have since heard it is supposed to be awful weather but that isn’t going to stop these crazy goofballs!

I know that spring break comes at different times for everyone, but I can’t believe that we are about to head into April 2016!

See those two crazy kiddos in those photos? They are 1/2 of the reason I have invested so much into our health! I could not be more proud of the choices we have been making with Young Living and Juice Plus+! They are so much more full of life, not as tired all the time and still their ever loving goofy selves! Not to mention I have more energy and better sleep to be able to keep up with them (well most of the time).

Face Update!

I am having to overcome something I haven’t had to do in over 8 years now. Prior to Young Living Orange Blossom and Juice Plus+ my face would be so dry. I would spend hours in front of a mirror picking the dead skin off my face. It was the only way I could keep pustules from getting worse and making things more difficult.

I find myself still picking at my face. It is this subconscious thing I do now. So instead of it helping my face, it isn’t helping anymore and it is making my face bleed (you can see spots on my face). I really need to focus on what my hands are doing when I am working because that seems to be when I pick the most!

Do you have anything you do that you don’t even realize? I really need to start working on these “little” things!

One Month Face Update

I have to say my face is feeling pretty good. It has been a month and even though this past Sunday my face is a bit on the red side compared to last week; it feels good.Plus I am coming into my hormone surge time of the month. Overall though I do not have as much discomfort when it is touched, washed, bumped or even just while I sit and do nothing.

Even when I went for my annual physical last week my Dr. made a comment and wanted to know what I was doing because it looked so much better! I will say my Doctor isn’t unobservant. She is probably one of the most caring and observant Doctor’s I have ever known in my life. It is just the fact that she not only noticed, but she said something!

Add to that the fact I am barely using any when I wash my face. I have been using it for a month now and I still have a little over 3/4 of the bottle! That is just fabulous for me to see!

   Have you tried Young Living Orange Blossom face wash yet? I was sold the first week but really seeing the changes, feeling the changes, my face is getting smooth and knowing how much better it is for me, I am bursting with excitement.

Add to that the fact that now at a month I have added the Juice Plus+ and I can’t wait to see how much the fruits and veggies help me!

Transformation

That word can be a scary one for some people. Transforming does not happen over night. It takes time, it takes dedication, it takes success, it takes failure, prayer, God and it takes a lot of trust, faith, love and hope.

In order to have a transformation in your life you have to change your attitude, your emotions, your behavior and you also have to get rid of negative associated with your change!

When I think of transformation the first thing that comes to mind is a butterfly. Their life cycle know by most is: start as an egg, then they are caterpillar, then chrysalis and then an butterfly. If you go deeper though you find there are stages in each of those life stages!

Each season in life, each challenge in life, each transformation isn’t an easy thing to do! I wish it was easy enough to just pray to God before going to bed and then wake up completely transformed. Sadly, I tried that for many years and it just never seemed to work out for me! 😉 Since He wasn’t just transforming me while I slept, I decided I needed to work on the issues I was praying about. I decided that the hard work would be worth the end result.

I have also learned that it is better for me; this may not be the case for you, to only work on one thing at a time! When I try to make a transformation in to many places I become overwhelmed and then I come to this stand still location. I keep myself from making changes because I take on to much at a time!

Transformation is hard work but with God, “You can do all things!” ~Philippians 4:13.

Bubbling Over With Excitement

Today has been a very wonderful day!
