Young Living Thieves Essential Oil

I am so excited we are going to talk about Young Living Thieves Essential Oil today! This wasn’t an essential oil I got until I purchased a wholesale membership with Young Living. When I did it was the first oil I opened up and smelled. I had been hearing for months about “Thieves” and how amazing it smelled and what it was used for! I could not wait to get my hands on this essential oil.

Young Living has two essential oil lines for Thieves. They have the white label and that is their Vitality line that is for dietary. They also have their normal bottle and that is for aromatic and topical usage.

Young Living Copaiba Essential Oil

We have made our way to Young Living Copaiba Essential Oil. When we first got this essential oil I really had no clue what to use it for. It sat on my shelf for a very long time while I tried to decide how to use it. Then once I figured it out I wondered why in the world I waited so long to figure it out.

Young Living Copaiba is also one that comes in the two different lines. The white label is the Vitality line which is dietary. The regular label is the aromatic and topical application.

Copaiba Vitality™ is made with the gum resin tapped from the copaiba tree native to Brazil and is known for its beta-caryophyllene content and sweet aroma. Copaiba Vitality has a pleasant, complex taste, and when taken internally, it can promote wellness.* Add Copaiba Vitality to a Clear Vegetable Capsule and take daily as an important part of your health regimen. When I learned that this is a magnifier I was very excited. I have used it to extend some of my other oils life. It is a great help when I work out and need some muscle relaxation, I throw some peppermint on and then add copaiba on top. Great for helping with things like that!

No More Excuses

Today I made a decision. I spoke with Jack about a week ago about rejoining our gym. I wanted to but kept on going back and forth.

I logged onto the website this morning and they had a special going on: no membership sign up fee and one month free. I decided to do it.

I signed up, I got up, I got dressed, essential oiled up, took extra Juice Plus, I packed a bag and I went to the gym and worked out!

I didn’t make a single excuse. It used to be: “I’ll start Monday.”, “The 1st of the month is when I begin. It gives me time to prepare.”, “Just one more day to get all the good stuff in.” And it could keep on going on.

Today is a Tuesday. Today is the 13th of the month. Today was the day I made a decision and went for it.

No more excuses for me. Six months of doing good and it’s time to take it to the next level.

As I sit here, I feel it. Tomorrow I will feel it. Did I overdo it? Maybe but I did it. The best part of today: while showering I realized my fat bump on my calves are gone! Right below my knees on the top of my calf I get this fat bump when I’m making more bad choices than good. Today they are gone!

Six Months Of Changes

It hasn’t been 6 months yet. Technically speaking six months will happen tomorrow on the 13th. Yet this morning when I got up and weight myself I hit another milestone for me.

It has been six months of changes for me and my family. It has been six months of finding a new normal. It has been six months of working towards getting my life back.

I saw my doctor today and I think she was pretty happy with my progress. I know that I am happy with the progress and changes.

Involve Your Children

My husband Jack has been feeling under the weather since this past weekend. Pretty much filled him with Juice Plus (extra of it), vitamin C, resting and scan with the follow up of a roller ball made from the results of the scan. He is feeling better but only used the roller ball for two days and now isn’t sure where he left it. More than likely the lunch room at work since that was the last place he used it.

The rest of us in the house have been doing okay. No indication of being under the weather. Which really is unusual seeing it is the first week of school. Still today got here and the two youngest got home from school and both were complaining of different things. So the scan came out again and roller balls were made from the scans. Also if you notice I do involve the kiddos in making their own roller balls! They love to help and it is always more fun for them to help make their own!

[Typically we would have been dealing with germies all week long. I am pretty proud of us that we made it to Thursday before anyone else felt anything! Huge Score for our family!]

Nothing in life is perfect. Not a soul is ever free from germs. What you do with these times are what matters the most!

Peppermint is another one of the oils that comes in the Premium Starter Kit from Young Living. Peppermint was one of the very first essential oils we tried in our home. Peppermint since then has never been gone from our home.

We use it for so many things. Young Living Premium Starter Kit

So tonight I am doing an education and make-n-take party for a friend about Young Living Essential Oils. I do not typically do parties but I am truly excited about this!

Work From Anywhere = A Bike!

So here is a bonus for me for the work I have been doing from home and anywhere and everywhere!

Not only have we been sharing our health, mind and spiritual journey, we have been working with customers and other reps to get their health journey going! So now we are adding that we have a financial journey we are on. It is so awesome and God really is so good!

As of yesterday I am down 20.2 pounds from where I started. As of the 8th it was 4 months from when we placed our first order of Juice Plus (our next order is on its ways to us now)!

Thanks to us being able to work anywhere, it has provided me with a new form of exercise! I will be able to ride the bike while camping. I will be able to go on bike rides with the kiddos while we are at home!

We have been very blessed by God and for that I am very grateful! I spent about 30 minutes tonight riding in a circle in our court with the two youngest!

I love that what we are doing in our family is providing in so many ways! We can take a week off and do not work and we still make an income and improve our health. We can go away for a week and work while on vacation and still improve our health.

Lets Learn About: YL Lemon EO

Here is a little bit of education. I was told one of the best ways to learn about a specific oil is to study it for a week and by the end of a year you will have taken the time to learn about 52 essential oils in depth.

What a great idea. While this post is not completely in depth it will give you some general knowledge that you can expand upon if you choose to!

Please keep in mind that in the post I am talking about Young Living Essential Oil. I am not talking about any other brand that may be out there! I only trust one EO company and that is whom this post is about!

Lemon can be diffused, directly inhaled and applied topically. Some of the things we use it for around our home would be:

1. Diffusing when the dogs come in wet. Get that YL Lemon EO going so that I don’t have to smell wet dog.
2. Use to polish jewelry with a soft cloth.
3. Use it to get sticker residue off.
4. Add it to Young Living Household Cleaner for a more prominent lemon smell
5. Add to a load of laundry to help brighten up your white clothes.

Lemon Vitality can also be used as a dietary supplement. Some of the things we use it for around our home would be:

1. Adding a drop or two to our glass (only use EO’s in glass) water bottle.
2. Use it when you are cooking! Poultry is a favorite of mine. Also I make a killer cheesecake with Lemon Vitality! Amazing!
3. Put a drop or two into a capsule and take up to three times a day.
4. Make our own teas with it instead of using a tea bag.
5. I have been adding it to my Greek Yogurt. Oh my gosh talking about goodness! Plain yogurt you can do so much with but when you add a drop of YL Lemon EO to it – heaven!
